Boat Slip Assignments

There are an insufficient number of boat slips to provide access to one for all owners of Snowshoe Village and/or Pine Bluff "opt-in" members.  All currently available boat slips are assigned by lease to a specific unit within Snowshoe Village and/or Pine Bluff.  The unit specific lease may only transfer when there is a change in ownership of the unit and only then, to the next owner.  A boat slip lease may not be sublet independent of the unit and is only for the exclusive use of our owners and their guests.  Slips are not available to lease to persons outside of the association.

Any questions on this matter should be directed to the President of the Snowshoe Village Unit Owner's Association.
